I wrote this song about an ex who broke up with me because I wasn't catholic. Real smooth. He was such a selfish and narrow-minded person he couldn't even acknowledge the fact that everyone isn't a carbon copy of himself. He was really a child, lacking any perspective or competence for someone who should have at least a little bit at his age. You don't date someone for 6 months, and then "oops! Oh wait! You're don't believe what I believe? You must not have any morals! Well, the bjs where great, but now repent!!!” Ugh, what a joke. Plus, he said he wasn't going to have time for a relationship since he had so many concerts and stuff to go to. Basically, I got stood up for Keith Urban and pizza. FML. But it makes for a great song!
lyrics
You stay out too late party boy
When you get tired with it, you’ll need a new toy
What did I ever see in you?
It’s all wrong, and here’s what I’m gonna do
I'm gonna
Drop you like a bad habit
Chorus:
Bad habit
And I’ve just about had it
Bad, bad, bad habit
And I just won’t have it
Don’t you wanna do something fun?
That is before the day is done
You eat, and you sleep, and you never call
What did you ever want with me at all?
So I’ll drop you like a bad habit
Chorus
You can’t do anything on your own
I’m surprised you even made it home
Does your mama pick out your clothes for you?
You take more time getting ready than I do
