This was the first song I ever wrote. It has a sorta rocked up "Knockin on Heaven's Door" feel. It is about that strange feeling of Déjà vu. Somehow, we get these feelings of “been there before, felt that before,” yet we can’t remember why. It is a cool feeling, at the same time kinda freaky. Yet, if you have too much déjà vu, it becomes stifling, as if you are just stuck on repeat. At times, this is how I feel. That life isn’t going anywhere, that it’s nothing but constant “same old, same old.”
